 A notary public is a state-appointed official who serves as an impartial witness to the signing of important documents. Their main role is to help prevent fraud by verifying the identity of the signer, ensuring they’re signing willingly and are aware of what they’re signing. 

 An apostille certifies that a document is authentic and can be legally recognized in another country that’s part of the Hague Apostille Convention. 

Although we are appointed to cover all of Tennessee, we mainly provide services to Giles, Hickman, Lawrence, Lewis, Marshall, Maury, Perry and Waynes counties.  We will travel to other counties if needed! 

•  Driver’s license or identification card issued by the State Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
• Passport issued by the U. S. Department of State.
• Passport issued by a foreign government, if stamped by the U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service.
• Driver’s license issued by a territory of the United States, another state, Canada or Mexico.

We are happy to meet you wherever it’s most convenient—your home, your workplace, a coffee shop, or any spot we agree on. Our goal is to make the process easy, flexible, and stress-free for you.

 The entire idea of our services are to make it easy for you, so we take multiple forms of payment!  Unfortunately, we do not accept cash

We do not work out of an office that clients can visit, which is why we are a 100% mobile business.  Our service is strictly mobile and by appointment only.
